Jodie Brown, M.A. : President
Jodie is founder and president of Summit Solutions. She brings over a decade of business aviation experience and more than twenty-five years of business consulting, leadership and managerial training experience with universities, government and Fortune 100 companies.

With a background in Management Information Systems, doctoral work in organization communication, corporate mediation and business aviation, Jodie brings her expertise to clients, enabling them to successfully manage their growth and changing business needs.

Jodie has served as Associate Dean and Instructor at the University of Denver, and Director of Professional Development Programs at the Univ. of Colorado at Boulder. She has worked with both High Tech firms and business aviation clients and taught as adjunct faculty at the University of Colorado Business School's Division of Continuing Education.

Al Johnson, M.S. : Executive Vice President
Al joined Summit Solutions in 2001 and serves as Executive Vice President. Prior to the aviation world, Al was a college instructor, then became a consultant and CPA with Arthur Andersen & Co. He then took the position of CFO of Van Dusen Air Inc. and was promoted to CEO/President, where he increased revenues and added operations through acquisitions in several domestic and international locations

Al then joined Duncan Aviation as Sr. Vice President. He was instrumental in creating AV-PAC, Duncan's consigned parts business. He also served as head of the aircraft sales, maintenance and refurbishment businesses. Al brings invaluable experience to aviation businesses in areas of strategic planning, leadership development, team building, financial planning, leadership and management recruiting and business planning. He is a golfer, skier, hiker and pilot who owns a Bonanza.
