Jodie Brown, M.A. : President
Jodie is founder and president of Summit Solutions. She brings over a decade of business aviation experience and more than twenty-five years of business consulting, leadership and managerial training experience with universities, government and Fortune 100 companies.

With a background in Management Information Systems, doctoral work in organization communication, corporate mediation and business aviation, Jodie brings her expertise to clients, enabling them to successfully manage their growth and changing business needs.

Jodie has served as Associate Dean and Instructor at the University of Denver, and Director of Professional Development Programs at the Univ. of Colorado at Boulder. She has worked with both High Tech firms and business aviation clients and taught as adjunct faculty at the University of Colorado Business School's Division of Continuing Education.

Bill Mongeau, Vice President Recruiting
As the newest member of the Summit Solutions’ team, Bill Mongeau brings nearly a decade in all areas and levels of Aviation recruitment, specializing in engineering leadership.  Most recently, Bill led a Moscow-based firm’s recruitment efforts to restart operations of bankrupted Adam Aircraft, a VLJ (Very Light Jet) manufacturer. 

Prior to that, Bill served as the Director of Recruitment for Adam Aircraft’s 800-person headcount increase.  Before AAI, Bill served as Regional Manager for an International Fortune 500 staffing organization where he focused on skilled manufacturing recruitment within the Aerospace market.

Bill is a General Aviation enthusiast, student pilot and keeps current his membership with AOPA.  Bill’s track record speaks for itself.  His experience and customer service approach to talent acquisition within the Aviation community will further position Summit Solutions as the leader in Business Aviation recruitment.
