Holly is chief collaborator, founder and owner of Smart Transformation. Their strategy is to use a formal framework and methodology to uncover the root cause of issues that may be inhibiting success. Prior to this, Holly had served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Senior Director of Global Management, Director of Vendor Sales, Global Alliance Manager, General Manager and Consultative Sales Representative. Holly brings outstanding knowledge of sales, marketing, distribution, operations and support within the high tech industry of which she has taken best practices to other clients. Driving more partner revenue and loyalty for our clients are our primary objectives in working together.

Duane's business experience spans 32 years. Through a 14 year period with IBM, he held positions including Manufacturing Engineer, Marketing and Sales Managers and Program Manager. Duane brings a unique set of skills to Summit Solution's clients focusing on management and leadership training, solution selling consulting, team development and training. With his diverse experience, Duane assists aviation businesses in developing managers and leaders, and exceeding business goals and objectives. Duane is a private pilot and a member of AOPA. While on the ground he rides a Harley.

Marj DeLong, B.S.

President and founder of MarketLift, Inc. the company's primary goal is to expand the prosperity of aviation businesses and find innovative ways to match products and services to people who want and need them.  MarketLift, Inc. helps companies achieve their revenue and new business development goals by creating effective strategic marketing plans. Marj is a Private Pilot and has extensive sales and marketing leadership experience in the aviation industry having worked for CAE SimuFlite Training International, GE Capital, L-3 Communications Avionics Systems and JSSI®.

Johnené Vardiman , M.S.
Johnené is the owner of Quantum Performance. Having spent more than 3 years as Recruiting Director with Summit Solutions, Johnené now lends her services to Summit Solutions as a consultant and trainer with a concentration in Safety and Human Factors. Having spent more than a decade in the industry, Johnené also worked withJet Professionals (JPI) and CAE SimuFlite. Johnené received her BBA in Aviation Administration from the University of North Dakota and she is a commercial pilot with an instrument rating and a Six Sigma Green Belt.

With a background in organizational strategy, project and process management, finance and performance measures, Bev provides a cross-functional perspective of organizations. She teaches Project Management, Executive Leadership, Measure of Performance and Evaluating Project Opportunities.
