Our Methodology

Stage I

  • Develop an understanding of the organizational culture, the objectives and position requirements
  • Establish position specifications, search parameters and scope
  • Create position descriptions and company specifications for distribution to candidates

Stage II

  • Identify potential candidate resources through rigorous research and networking
  • Interview and evaluate skills, abilities and interest of potential candidates
  • Present best qualified candidates

Stage III

  • Coordinate client interviews with selected candidates
  • Debrief client regarding interview status and process
  • Complete reference checks for selected candidates
  • Assist with hiring negotiations and facilitate hiring
  • Follow-up with client and selected candidate at scheduled post-hire intervals

Client's Role

  • Specify confidential areas of the search
  • Forward names of candidates worthy of consideration *
  • Be available to discuss progress of search and marketplace findings
  • Schedule interviews promptly with candidates and share results with your recruiting consultant
  • Provide candidates with company and community information that will aide in the decision-making process

* Because our clients want the best candidates available, we evaluate, interview and measure all potential candidates equally with the same parameters. When a candidate circumvents the process, the client risks hiring an employee who has not met the stringent pre-screening process.
