Security is a Mindset
As entities under siege, aviation businesses have no alternative but to increase security measures. There is more to security than fencing, lighting and identification badges. Security training is an opportunity to strengthen mental skills most of us rarely exercise. Security is about awareness.

The goal of the course is the enhancement of perception, the sharpening of the senses, and discrimination. It is mapping out the Zones of Control and ferreting out the "black holes" in the defenses. In this hands-on training course, business aviation professionals will learn ways to increase concentration, improve attention, develop subtle surveillance methods, and analyze their own operations for Zones of Control effectiveness.

Exceptional Customer Service: The Competitive Advantage
Customer Service is about making people feel good about their decision to use the product or service your business provides. This corporate training focuses on behavior during service interactions and will provide participants with the communication and problem solving skills required to create customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Business aviation professionals will learn ways to deal more effectively with distressed customers, understand the "big picture" service issues that demonstrate the company's business objectives, and learn how to satisfy the customers without "giving away the store."

Negotiating for Win-Win Outcomes
This course helps participants identify, understand and enhance the negotiation characteristics and perceptions of human-to-human interaction that lead to optimal outcomes in a negotiation process. Using assessments to identify their own communication/conflict styles, participants will address some communication and perceptual factors that drive their decisions and courses of action.

With case studies and practice sessions, the course focuses on behavioral strategies that enhance the participants' ability to negotiate successfully, maintain positive "partnerships," and build relationships. Together, we work toward a win-win outcome.

Mastering Change in a Chaotic World
Mastering Change is designed for aviation personnel to identify, understand and mitigate the negative characteristics that the perception of change often has on human interaction under adverse circumstances that may lead to sub-optimal performance. In this intensive hands-on-training that includes "Overcoming Barriers to Change," "Dealing with Anger in Self and Others," "Resolving Conflict for a Positive Outcome," "Providing Constructive Feedback," and "Surviving Corporate Transition" the program will build new behavioral strategies that will impact relationship building and enhance the participant's ability to move through change positively.
